‘Indoctrination in Schools – A Legal Analysis’ (Dr Anna Loufti)
September 21, 2024
Dr Anna Loufti gave a ‘barnstorming’ speech as the second talk of our Annual Conference 2024, following on from Dr Philip Kiszely’s talk to present how gender and identity activists in the education system and Third Sector organisations have surreptitiously enabled indoctrination in schools.
Dr Loufti argues this has been achieved by exploiting the 𝘥𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘰 ‘new constitution’ – the framework of human rights jurisprudence and ‘equality’ legislation – to present controversial gender ideology and identity politics as if they are democratically agreed consensus, all in an illiberal manner and contrary to much of the letter (statute) and spirit (principles) of the 𝘥𝘦 𝘪𝘶𝘳𝘦 ‘old’ Constitution of the United Kingdom.
Such activism bypasses the Parliamentary process and enables the imposition of ideological practices on children on the basis of ‘Diversity, Equality [or Equity] and Inclusion’ (DEI) by presenting doing so as a matter of positive ‘human rights’.
